Ehteshamul Haque established Haque Investment in 2018 and presently holds the position of President within the company. He bridges the gap between the company and its banking partners, private equity associates, and clients. After obtaining a master's in Human Resources from Wilmington University, Ehteshamul developed a passion for the real estate industry, particularly in buying, marketing, and development. He boasts a commendable track record of ensuring robust risk-adjusted returns for equity associates and securing debt capital from leading financial institutions for the company's ventures. In the realm of real estate, Haque has demonstrated proficiency in areas like acquisitions, development, construction, and management, overseeing projects worth over $5 million. 

Project Manager

DAJUAN WORTHAM .

Dajuan serves as the Site Manager at Haque Investment. His primary roles encompass supervising subcontractor collaborations, ensuring quality control, coordinating schedules for subcontractors and suppliers, and overseeing the acquisition of materials and labor. By strictly adhering to OSHA guidelines, he ensures the safety and cleanliness of every job site, facilitating the prompt and proficient completion of projects. Dajuan's unwavering dedication and proactive approach are pivotal in delivering top-notch projects that resonate with our client's pride. 

Marketing Specialist

NAZMUL SARKAR .

Nazmul serves as the lead marketing specialist at Haque Investment, working hand-in-hand with the President to craft and implement marketing strategies. A Wilmington University alumnus with a BBA in Business Analytics, Nazmul handles the marketing aspect for the firm by finding Motivated People through our various marketing platforms and taking picture shots before and after construction sites. His job includes but is not limited to overseeing engagement, creating and pushing daily content, and capturing 90% of our project photos and videos seen on our Instagram and Facebook pages.
